OACETT has identified that the projected massive increase in the need for electricity and the implications that has for electrification of our energy grid is an issue that has the potential to impact significantly on our members.
OACETT therefore contracted Kathy Lerette, C.E.T., Fellow OACETT and a former senior executive with a major Ontario utility to conduct some research into the latest developments and also draw on the expertise of the over 800 OACETT members who work in utilities across the province.
Kathy will share her findings with OACETT members as part of our NEAT week activities. Please register here to join Kathy on Wednesday November 27 from noon – 1pm ET.
The webinar will be recorded and made available on OACETT’s website if you aren’t able to join us live, and Kathy will also be sharing her findings in an article in an upcoming edition of the OT.
