OACETT’s Annual General Meeting of Members is fast approaching – here’s how you can participate
 

OACETT’s Annual General Meeting of Members (AGM) is scheduled for Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 10:00 am – 12:30 pm. 

The official notice of the meeting will be published in the March/April edition of the OT, and all members will receive an invitation to register on May 1^st.  Please watch for an email from GetQuorum with your unique registration link.  If you don’t receive your email on May 1^st, please check your spam, and if it’s still not there, please contact Elle Armstrong at earmstrong@oacett.org.

Members do have the opportunity to request that items be added to the agenda. You can move and second motions and you can also request amendments once the agenda and meeting materials have been circulated.  Here are the procedures.
