The Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) invites you to be at the forefront of this transformation on April 9 at our 2024 AI Summit, themed "The Rise of AI and its Impact on the Engineering Technology Profession." We have two options to choose from:
1) Do you work with AI? - then complete the form below to request an invitation to our free in-person summit. We want to hear from you if you work with AI in your daily tasks, such as leveraging machine learning and optimizing techniques.

Agenda
The summit's agenda is packed from morning till late afternoon, with the flexibility to attend some or all of the sessions.
Afternoon Sessions, 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Engage in a closed-door meeting with experts, offering your insights on AI's impact on our profession. Cap off the day with a networking reception complete with light refreshments.
Strategy Session:
Our afternoon strategy session is more than a learning opportunity; it's your chance to influence outcomes, network with thought leaders, and position yourself as a pioneer in an AI-driven world. The insights and connections you'll gain here are invaluable – and any ideas and outcomes will be used to inform a report that OACETT will create for the government and other stakeholders as a sector-specific guidance document.
Networking:
Conclude the day by connecting with peers over light refreshments and fostering relationships that will carry you forward in your career.
2) You don't work in AI but are interested in attending the Summit? - You can attend the virtual Summit for free! All sessions offered during the morning are eligible for CPD and will be broadcast live over Zoom. All you need to do is register for the sessions using the links below.
