Our partners at Humber Polytechnic have advised OACETT that access to BCIN Building Code exams will remain uninterrupted during their transition to a new online proctoring system.

• Virtual (online) BCIN exams are now being delivered through Meazure Learn (soft launch in progress).

• In-person exams, except Humber's ETS Test Center, continue to be paper-based at most locations.

• Full implementation of Meazure Learn for virtual and in-person online proctoring is planned for October 3, 2025.
